Did you know that my creations have inspired fashion designers? 😎
The Chinese ready-to-wear brand Lilanz has created a collection based on my work DELT∆, and the result is breathtaking!
The fashion show took place in the brand’s museum in Beijing, and a few items were produced in a limited edition (only available in China).

Many thanks to .sea and the entire team for creating this wonderful moment.

Alessia Caruso Fendi: "Olivier Ratsi’s installation [Frame Destruct] on the first floor functions as an interpretive key for the entire project: it is an immersive synthesis of the three acts. It is particularly interesting to visit the installation at the end of each act’s exhibition path, because one’s gaze will inevitably be shaped by the curatorial experience of the three chapters. It is a strong, enveloping installation that allows visitors to truly feel the sensation of entering a deep dimension where the concepts of light (the red neon), time (the sequence of neon tubes exploding one after another) and space (the explosion of light filling the room and making it seem almost endless through perspectival play) become unmistakably clear."

I’m showing two works from my “Echolyse” series at Espace d’art contemporain Camille Lambert until 14 June.

Frame Destruct is a new project that unfolds in the physical space. Based on the principle of chronophotography, a technique invented by Eadweard Muybridge in the 19th century, this light installation freezes in space and time a frame in the process of imploding.

DELTΔ #19 is an immaterial site-specific installation that uses physical space to create a virtual anamorphic tunnel.

Many thanks to Morgane Prigent for the invitation, Daniel Kleiman, Faustine Douchin, Johanna, staff of .taib .nony , Sylvain Lombardi for making this exhibition possible.

Presented in the group exhibition Into The Light at La Grande Halle de La Villette, Negative Space explores the fusion of artwork and space through an intangible architecture made of light.
Based on a concept of luminous patterns projected into fog, the installation makes immaterial spaces appear and disappear through an interplay of positive and negative forms. The piece generates its own perceptual environment, immersing the viewer in a sensory experience where what seems solid is actually immaterial, and where space is continuously constructed and deconstructed in real time.
