As many of you may have already noticed, ISA Lille has launched a new page dedicated to our international activities. It comes just in time since, starting next year, the Master SMaP/Food Tech programs will have a new status. In order to consolidate our international message, we will no longer be posting from this page, although it will remain open for the memories. We appreciate all of your engagement on our page over the last few years and now invite you to join us on the new page, ISA Lille International, where you can still follow the day-to-day life of our program in Sustainable Food Technology and Management, including our projects, field visits, activities and good times. Thank you! 👏👍

Welcome to the intercultural day at school with M1 students! Students had the opportunity to manage 2 scientific workshops for children: distinction of animal and vegetable fats followed by the use of art in food to study the surface tension. After this scientific part children cooked with students some recipes from India, Vietnam, Lebanon and Iran. At the end of the day students presented their country and children the recipe in front of all the parents, teachers and the academic inspector. Congratulations for this beautiful project and thanks to Mrs. Chollet for her support!

"As part of our courses at ISA, we make sure to relate the theoretical part with the practical.
Divided into different teams, students are being challenged to develop a new recipe of chicken ham. Results of the new recipe must follow the “Clean Label” idea. This is part of the product development concept in industries.
Team spirit and enthusiasm is certainly required for this mission!

In the frame of the process charts class, M1 students had the opportunity to visit the Duyck brewery where is produce the famous beer : Jenlain! The target of the exercise is to be able to draw a process flow diagram in order to realize an HACCP study. Thanks to the Duyck brewery for their welcoming and for the time spent!
