Goals ?

L’objectif est clair : transfĂ©rer les qualitĂ©s physiques dĂ©veloppĂ©es en salle vers la performance sur le court.
ConcrÚtement, cela signifie transformer la force gagnée en salle en explosivité spécifique : un premier pas plus efficace, des changements de direction plus rapides


Il s’agit aussi d’optimiser la vitesse utile, celle qui permet de mieux s’organiser, d’ĂȘtre plus rĂ©actif et plus prĂ©cis dans les dĂ©placements.

Le travail vise Ă©galement Ă  amĂ©liorer la coordination dans des situations proches du jeu rĂ©el, et Ă  maintenir un haut niveau d’intensitĂ© sur la rĂ©pĂ©tition des efforts.

La séance en salle construit le moteur.
Lq sĂ©ancesur le terrain apprend Ă  l’utiliser au bon moment, Ă  la bonne vitesse et dans le bon contexte
