ConcrĂštement, cela signifie transformer la force gagnĂ©e en salle en explosivitĂ© spĂ©cifique : un premier pas plus efficace, des changements de direction plus rapidesâŠ
Il sâagit aussi dâoptimiser la vitesse utile, celle qui permet de mieux sâorganiser, dâĂȘtre plus rĂ©actif et plus prĂ©cis dans les dĂ©placements.
Le travail vise Ă©galement Ă amĂ©liorer la coordination dans des situations proches du jeu rĂ©el, et Ă maintenir un haut niveau dâintensitĂ© sur la rĂ©pĂ©tition des efforts.
La séance en salle construit le moteur.
Lq sĂ©ancesur le terrain apprend Ă lâutiliser au bon moment, Ă la bonne vitesse et dans le bon contexte
