This month is a month with all Rotumans around the globe celebrating Rotuma Day! We are very fortunate to be part of this Rotuma Day Celebration here in Suva and be part of the hosting district team Tsutsu.

Our Sixth Sense team had the privilege to work with The Centre for Pacific Languages from NZ & Sky production. Our sincere gratitude to our wonderful team, thank you for the great work and Rotuma Day 2025 was a successful week.

On behalf of the Sixth Sense team, I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone involved in making our recent week-long Oceania Planetary Health Forum a tremendous success. Although this post is a little overdue, my appreciation for each of you is truly immeasurable. 🙏

A special thank you, faieksia & vinaka vakalevu to the University of Sydney, your partners & donors, Wildlife Conservation Society, Monash University, Fiji National University, Fiji Institute of Pacific Health Research, International Union for Conservation of Nature, International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE-UIPES), Watershed Intervention for Systems Health -Pacific, Bloomberg Philanthropies Ocean Initiative and the Australian Government (Australian Aid) for trusting us with the opportunity to holistically manage this incredible event. Your confidence in our team was inspiring, and it was a privilege to work alongside you to bring your vision to life and your call for strengthened partnerships and inclusive, coordinated action to ensure a healthier future for both people and the planet.
