We talked a lot about stretching this week, and how important it is for muscle recovery, flexibility, your range of motion, improved blood flow, and posture.

Our Bootcamp crew is taking a long-weekend mobility challenge. Why don't you join them? And then think about joining us in person on Tuesday and Thursday 5.30pm at Veiuto Primary. Everyone welcome, all fitness levels! We mean it! All fitness levels - beginners through to advanced. $10. Bring a towel and water and we'll take over from there.

We're rolling into the final session of Week 4! Crazy how quickly time flies. Now's the time to really lock in, stick with it, hold yourself accountable and power through til the end of term.

There is SO much improvement in the room. Those that are already fit and strong and come along to be part of a great workout community have upped their weights and reps (yes ๐Ÿ˜‰ we notice). Those that started fresh this term are more confident in their ability which in turn improves their willingness to push themselves just a little bit harder! And our solid core of regulars can consistently get past the "you can't" voices in their heads now, because they know they can.

And all of that ... that's where the results come! Real people, putting in the effort, get the results.

It's never too late to start! Come and join us Thursday 5.30pm, Vodafone Arena, $10. Bring a towel and water. We'll walk you through everything you need to know.

Please remember to lock your cars and take your valuables with you when coming to work out. If you can't take your valuables for whatever reason, make sure they are secured out of sight.

Unfortunately, one of our wonderful Zumba with Liti and Bootcamp regulars had her car broken into at Vodafone last night and items stolen. Our team, some of our other wonderful regulars as well as Fiji Sports Council venue management were on hand to support her, but we'd rather it hadn't happened at all! ๐Ÿ˜ž We are so sorry. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Choose your hard.

๐Ÿค”Beginning is easy. Continuing is hard.
๐Ÿค”Working out is hard. Losing mobility, strength and independence is hard.
๐Ÿค”Staying healthy is hard. Being sick is hard.
๐Ÿค”Being overweight is hard. Losing weight is hard.

But know this. You CAN do hard things. Choose your hard. And choose who you do hard with! Our programs challenge, encourage and change you. We're not building superhumans, just working with real people who want to make change for the better.

Come and show yourself you absolutely CAN do hard (not too hard! ๐Ÿ˜Š) And remember, all things are hard before they are easy. Week 4 of 6 on its way. A great time to join us. The goal this weekend? Stay mindful. Eat well, drink well (we mean plenty of water! ๐Ÿ˜‰), get outside for some gentle exercise (aim for 7-10k steps each day), rest well, laugh lots!

And remember, small habits repeated consistently beat extreme short-term efforts.

We just want to remind you how awesome it is that you've chosen to be in our Miller Method Bootcamp crew this term! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ™Œ It can be easy to feel like you're the "slowest" in the room, or working out just isn't worth it. We get it.

Truth is you're beating everyone who's still sitting at home wishing they weren't so puffed, uncomfortable, unfit, slept better and just generally not happy in their skin! If you bring your best effort to any workout and put your focus on you and where you want to go, you're always winners in our books! Future you is gonna love you!
