- 1kg Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince
- 2 tbsp Simply Oil Soya Bean Oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Fielders Calrose rice flour (or all-purpose flour)
- Salt and pepper to taste
๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ ๐ง๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
- 1kg potatoes, peeled and chopped
- ยฝ cup Meadow Fresh whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Meadow Fresh butter
- Salt to taste

1. Prepare the Filling:
- Heat Simply Oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautรฉ until softened.
- Add the Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced carrots and cook for 2โ3 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and Fielders Calrose rice flour. Cook for 1 - minute to combine.
- Gradually pour in the chicken stock, stirring until the mixture thickens. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the frozen peas, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
2. Make the Mashed Potatoes:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15โ20 minutes. Drain well.
- Mash the potatoes with Meadow Fresh whipping cream, butter, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Shepherdโs Pie:
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
- Spread the mince mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes over the filling, spreading it out evenly. Use a fork to create ridges on top.
3. Bake:
- Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25โ30 minutes or until the top is golden and slightly crisp.
4. Serve:
- Allow the Shepherdโs Pie to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with a fresh green salad for a hearty, satisfying meal.

โจ 1kg pack Country Kitchen Lamb Delights sausages
โจ 2 cups all-purpose flour
โจ 1 tsp Edmonds baking powder
โจ 1 large Crest Egg, beaten
โจ 1 cup water (adjust for consistency)
โจ Salt to taste
โจ 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chips
โจ Simply Oil Soya Bean Oil for frying
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. Cook the Sausages:
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of Simply Oil.
- Cook the lamb sausages until browned and fully cooked, turning occasionally (about 10โ12 minutes). Let them cool slightly.
2. Prepare the Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix in the beaten Crest Egg and gradually add water, stirring until the batter is smooth and thick enough to coat the sausages.
3. Prepare the Chips:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the potato chips in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
4. Batter and Fry the Sausages:
- Heat oil in the fryer or a deep pan.
- Dip each cooked sausage into the batter, ensuring itโs fully coated.
- Carefully lower the battered sausages into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve:
- Plate the battered lamb sausages alongside crispy chips and serve with your favorite dips or condiments.

โจ 250g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
โจ 2 tbsp Simply Oil Soya Bean Oil
โจ 250g Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken mince
โจ 2 cloves garlic, minced
โจ 1 cup Meadow Fresh sour cream
โจ 2 Crest Eggs
โจ 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
โจ 1 tsp paprika
โจ Salt and pepper to taste
โจ 2 tbsp butter
โจ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Mince:
Heat 1 tbsp Simply Oil in a pan. Add Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken mince and cook until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together plain yoghurt, Crest Eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
4. Flavour the Oil:
In the same pan, heat the remaining Simply Oil. Add minced garlic, sautรฉ until fragrant, and stir in chilli flakes and paprika.
5. Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
Return the drained pasta to the pot on low heat. Add the yoghurt mixture and toss gently to coat. Stir in the cooked mince and mix well.
6. Add Garlic Butter:
Melt the butter in a small pan and drizzle over the pasta. Toss again to combine.
7. Serve and Garnish:
Plate the pasta, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

- 500g Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 small carrot, julienned (for garnish)
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
- 1 cup Fielders Long Grain Rice (cooked)
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well to combine into a smooth marinade.
2. Marinate the Lamb Chicken Mince:
Add the Country Kitchen Lamb Chicken Mince to the marinade and mix thoroughly to coat the meat evenly. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavour.
3. Cook the Rice:
- Cook 1 cup of Fielders Long Grain Rice according to the package instructions. Set aside.
4. Cook the Bulgogi:
Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb chicken mince to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and browned (about 7-8 minutes).
5. Finish the Dish:
Once the mince is cooked, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Stir well.
6. Serve:
Serve the Korean Lamb Chicken Bulgogi over a bed of Fielders Long Grain Rice or in lettuce wraps for a fresh option. Garnish with julienned carrots and extra green onions if desired.
