Most people think counselling is only for people who are “broken” - That’s not true! You don’t need to hit rock bottom to seek support, you just need to be human.

Contact us if any of these statements below resonates with you.

Standing Together Against Domestic Violence

As we mark the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, we stand in solidarity with survivors of domestic violence — including those harmed by perpetrators, children who witness abuse, and bystanders affected by the trauma of violence in their homes and communities.

Domestic violence impacts far more than the person directly targeted. It affects families, relationships, and entire support networks. No one should have to face that pain alone.

Our team is here to offer:

Support for survivors seeking safety, healing, and empowerment

Assistance for children who have been exposed to domestic violence

Guidance for bystanders who are worried about someone they care about

Confidential, compassionate services for anyone needing help, information, or a safe place to talk

This 16-day campaign is a reminder that ending violence requires all of us. Reaching out for help is a brave step — and we are here to walk alongside you.

If you or someone you know needs support, please contact us.
You are not alone.
