We've heard rumors of new taqueria opening within few weeks.
Apparently it's called "La Victoria", but there's something very familiar in that logo...

Ok, we're done..

But hey, we're already busy with new plans and hopefully will have some good news to share soon.

Bit chilly and rainy outside... Sounds like a perfect day for hot bowl of Pozole!

Tomorrow will be "pozole-thursday", all day... or while supplies last ;)

This is one of our personal favorites! Home-made corn tortilla chips quickly simmered in tangy tomatillo sauce. The dish is commonly eaten as brunch, but it's just as delicious any time of the day!

This time wrapped in corn husks and filled with pork and chile guajillo.

Not the best possible start for a year... our chef caught some sort of flu. So it's doubtful whether or not we're able to open this week... Decisions will be made later today.
