Kuolema ulkomailla ja vainajan kotiutus Suomeen tai Suomesta

Hoidamme vainajien kotiutukset Suomeen sekä kaikki jatkokuljetukset kotimaassa. Helsingin toimistomme sijaitsee ulkovaltojen konsulaattien ja lähetystöjen naapurustossa. Edustajiamme on suomalaisten suosimissa työ- ja lomakohdemaissa mm. Venäjällä, Thaimaassa, Espanjassa ja keskeisessä Euroopassa sekä USA:ssa ja Israelissa. Hautaustoimistomme auttaa kaikissa käytännön hautausjärjestelyissä.

Kun kuolemantapaus on sattunut ulkomailla, asiaa hoitavat omaisten lisäksi Keskusrikospoliisi, Suomen suurlähetystö tai konsuliyksikkö ja yleensä myös vakuutusyhtiö sekä lentorahdista tai kuljetuksesta vastaava yritys. Vainajaa valtakunnan rajan yli lentorahtina kuljetettaessa tarvitaan erikoisvalmisteinen, kolminkertainen kuljetusarkkukokonaisuus.

Vaadittaviin asiakirjoihin liittyy erityisdokumentointia sekä lähettävän, että vastaanottavan maan viranomaisten kanssa selvitetyt tullausmuodollisuudet ja annettu maksusitoumus tai ennakkomaksu ennen kuin lentoyhtiö ottaa rahdin kuljetettavakseen.
