We're proud to be exhibiting at Smart City Asia 2026 in Hanoi on 8-10 October - come say hi!

The 2027 Housing Fair / Asuntomessut will be held at the unique Pickala Rock Resort area being built in Siuntio, near Helsinki. Built around a golf course at the heart of the development, the area is marked by pine woods, rocky expanses and the proximity of the sea.

We've created a range of architectural designs for the area. Two modern villas are currently under construction, inspired by the natural landscape and designed to fulfil the needs of the families who will inhabit them.

Yle Turku talked with Tuomas Silvennoinen, chief designer of Turku Music Centre Fuuga/ Musiikkitalo Fuuga, and city residents ahead of the building's opening in just over a month.

The building turned out as originally envisioned with only minor adjustments, on budget, thanks to close collaboration with the alliance team throughout design and construction.

Construction of the Kamppi Health and Well-being Centre in Helsinki has been completed over a year ahead of schedule.

Activities will begin in the new centre in spring 2027, bringing a wide range of health and social services to Helsinki residents.

Näitä nyt satelee. Taas yksi työmaa valmistui etuajassa.

Uusi terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskus valmistui Kamppiin yli vuoden suunniteltua aikaisemmin. Keskuksen palvelut käynnistyvät keväällä 2027 noin 122 000 helsinkiläiselle.

Eikä tässä kaikki. Keskuksen valmistumisen myötä Kampin metroaseman toinen sisäänkäynti avataan 12. lokakuuta. Myös viereisten katualueiden työt valmistuvat vuoden 2026 lopussa, jolloin Runeberginkatu avataan ajoneuvoille.

Tässä pari huomionarvoista totuutta rakennuksesta:

🏢Siinä on kahdeksan kerrosta.

Opening in October, Turku Music Centre Fuuga will join Turku’s Cultural Waterfront as part of a string of cultural venues, museums and galleries. Rather than striving to stand out boldly, Fuuga’s rounded forms create a welcoming presence, evoking something shaped by the flow of the river.

The copper façades change with the light and weather, taking on different tones throughout the day. The material was inspired by the surrounding buildings, including the adjacent Turku City Theatre, which Fuuga connects to underground, and the government office building behind it.

In the late-day sun, the copper radiates warmth across the river. After dark, Fuuga is not floodlit from the outside - instead, light spills through the tall windows, bringing the building to life from within during events and performances. Views into the interior further blur the boundary between inside and outside.
