Today, July 20, 2026 Sebeta Polytechnic College successfully held a Kickoff Program for the Implementation of ISO 21001:2025 – Educational Organizations Management Systems (EOMS).
The program aimed to create awareness among staff members about the purpose, importance, and implementation process of ISO 21001:2025. During the event, the prepared EOMS documents were officially handed over to the respective Process Owners and Vice Deans for implementation and continual improvement.
The program marks an important step toward strengthening quality management, improving educational services, and building a smart, inclusive, sustainable, and continually improving educational organization.

Gender Responsive Pedagogy (GRP) Training Successfully Conducted
Sebeta Polytechnic College, in collaboration with FAWE (Forum for African Women Educationalists), successfully conducted a Gender Responsive Pedagogy (GRP) Training for its trainers and administrative staff from July 16–17, 2026.
The two-day training enhanced participants' capacity to create inclusive, gender-responsive, and learner-centered teaching and working environments that promote equity, respect, and equal opportunities for all.
Sebeta Polytechnic College extends its sincere appreciation to FAWE for its valuable partnership and continued commitment to strengthening gender-responsive education in TVET institutions.
