The cycle:
1. You compare your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 10.
2. The gap screams: "You're behind!"
3. Panicked, you rush — scattered focus, desperate timelines, frantic action.
4. Rushing makes you inefficient. Quality drops. Progress slows.
5. The lack of progress confirms the original fear: "See? I really am behind."

But the entire loop is built on a lie. You are not behind. You are in a different season.
