Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all web-based applications used by the company, including website development and maintenance.

Provide technical support and assistance to company staff regarding IT issues, including network administration and phone system management.

Conduct training sessions for new staff on IT systems and products.
Perform preventive maintenance for hardware equipment in the office.

Manage and maintain backups of critical data and systems, including databases, front end, website, blogs, and photos.
Provide hardcopy backups of databases, front end, website, blogs, and photos every three months.

Support remote access and troubleshooting for staff when necessary.
