Tea is an aromatic beverage prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured or fresh leaves of Camellia sinensis.

Its now Most consumed in Tukiye
1. Tea reached Europe in the 16th Century but people were using ceramic teapots in Asia and the Middle East 11,000 years ago.

2. According to legend, in 2732 BC Emperor Shen Nung discovered tea when leaves from a wild tree blew into his pot of boiling water.

3. The art of reading tea leaves is called tasseography.

4. During the 18th century tea gardens became popular. Ladies and gentlemen would take their tea together outdoors surrounded by entertainers. These tea gardens made tea all the more fashionable to drink, and they were important places for men and women to meet freely without scandal or criticism.

5. Tea cups didn’t always have handles. At first, the English made cups without handles, influenced by the traditional Chinese tea bowls.

6 Drinking tea is less likely to produce a ‘caffeine crash’ than drinking coffee. This is because the high levels of antioxidants in tea slow the absorption of caffeine, which results in a gentler increase of caffeine in your system and a longer period of alertness with no crash at the end.ሻይ ትኩስ ወይም የፈላ ውሃን በደረቁ ወይም ትኩስ የካሜልልያ ሳይንሲስ ቅጠሎች ላይ በማፍሰስ የሚዘጋጅ ጥሩ መዓዛ ያለው መጠጥ ነው።

አሁን በብዛት የሚበላው በቱኪዬ ነው።

1. ሻይ በ16ኛው መቶ ክፍለ ዘመን አውሮፓ ደርሶ ነበር ነገር ግን ሰዎች ከ11,000 ዓመታት በፊት በእስያ እና በመካከለኛው ምስራቅ የሴራሚክ የሻይ ማሰሮዎችን ይጠቀሙ ነበር።

2. በአፈ ታሪክ መሰረት፣ በ2732 ዓክልበ ንጉሠ ነገሥት ሼን ኑንግ የፈላ ውሃ ማሰሮው ውስጥ ከዱር ዛፍ ቅጠሎች ሲነፉ ሻይ አገኙ።

3. የሻይ ቅጠልን የማንበብ ጥበብ tasseography ይባላል።

4. በ 18 ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን የሻይ የአትክልት ቦታዎች ተወዳጅ ሆኑ. ክቡራትና ክቡራን ሻይቸውን ከቤት ውጭ በአዝናኞች ተከበው ይወስዱ ነበር። እነዚህ የሻይ ጓሮዎች ሻይ ለመጠጥ ፋሽን አደረጉ እና ለወንዶች እና ለሴቶች ያለ ቅሌት እና ትችት በነፃነት የሚገናኙባቸው አስፈላጊ ቦታዎች ነበሩ።

5. የሻይ ኩባያዎች ሁልጊዜ እጀታ አልነበራቸውም. መጀመሪያ ላይ እንግሊዛውያን በባህላዊው የቻይና ሻይ ጎድጓዳ ሳህኖች ተጽእኖ ስር ያለ እጀታዎች ኩባያዎችን ሠሩ.

6 ሻይ መጠጣት ቡና ከመጠጣት ይልቅ 'የካፌይን አደጋ' የመፍጠር ዕድሉ አነስተኛ ነው። ይህ የሆነበት ምክንያት በሻይ ውስጥ ያለው ከፍተኛ መጠን ያለው አንቲኦክሲደንትስ የካፌይንን የመምጠጥ ሂደት ስለሚቀንስ በስርዓታችን ውስጥ የካፌይን መጠን እንዲጨምር እና ረዘም ላለ ጊዜ የንቃት ጊዜ ስለሚያስገኝ በመጨረሻ ምንም አይነት ብልሽት አይኖርም።
