We didn’t set out to become property developers in Spain. 🏗🏡🇪🇸

or a big corporate plan.
What we did have was curiosity,
a love for the Spanish lifestyle,
and the feeling that beautiful homes could be created here
by restoring what already existed and doing it thoughtfully.
We learned by doing.
By renovating old apartments.
By navigating Spanish rules, licences and banks.
By making mistakes, adjusting budgets, and figuring things out as we went.
There were long nights, tough decisions and plenty of uncertainty
but we kept listening to people,
to buyers, to locals, to what actually works here.
This next chapter is about using everything we’ve learned
