Home or fosterhome needed for this kitten please 🙏
At risk of being poisoned!

People were feeding him, but sold the house and left him 💔
Pick up from Xativa area if possible.

Thanks for sharing!!

Storm is hitting us bad, with 149km/h and torrential rain. All dogs are ok, but very wet and scared.

We have lost our garden furniture, flowerpots and all solar lights. the roof lifted (oops) and things got floaded. Very dangerous at the moment here! Friends are reporting the same, so please all stay inside!!

But just letting you all know we are safe ♥️

🫣 could be a dog hiding from the heat at a hunters’ place….

But she is not!! It’s just very very hot, and Coco loves to sleep under the caravan in the cold sand. She will only come out for food and cuddles today. Bless her, she is adorable.

Coco is reserved to travel to Scotland!

At the moment we are not posting much, or very active in any way. Our apologies for not keeping you all updated. We really want to, but temperatures are making it impossible. Just getting our normal jobs done is a challenge.

The nights can be very warm, and the house, the tiles in kennels, the bricks etc do not cool off at all during the night. We are all suffering a bit. Even the dogs that live inside our home are facing 32 degrees inside all day.

As you can see… these are minimum NIGHT temperatures. Last night we had 34 degrees as 2am. We are trying not to complain but it is hard for the dogs, and us too.

We are praying for some rain today, otherwise there won’t be an olive harvest this year either 💔

Bring some RAIN and cooler nights please!

Alice visited the vets today. All her vaccinations are now up to date and we are awaiting the result of the bloodtests.

She is packing her bags as we speak… I didn’t have the heart to tell her that nobody is waiting 💔

9 years old, and disabled. She is fine ofcourse, but it is not easy to find her a home….

Can we all share Alice? 🙏

Stunning and sweet Tara. Finally we can touch her, and she is wearing Seresto now 💪

Sadly she is chipped in another rescuer’s name, and that organisation does not reply to my plea for help. Not very nice, because we never chose to take care of Tara (Tara was dumped at Tanamera by an ex-tenant/volunteer)

We love her to bits, but would need help taking her to the next socialisation stage (for instance a place with volunteers, because now all she knows is me!), and rehoming her ofcourse.

Any ideas welcome!

Holaaaa!
I just can’t believe no adopter has come forward yet!? I am unwanted 🫩
I am good with people, dogs, but also cats! Sure, I am 9, but it isn’t that old, is it??? Is it?

Oh yes, I only have 3 legs. Who is counting, right? Three legs means less muddy footprints, and, less sound when I am stealing food from the kitchen. I meant… less sound when I am cleaning the kitchen, cleaning, I promise 😝😝😝

Love, Alice

Hunting season has started. Here are the rules for Valencia province. ‘Silly’ enough.. I have already seen the trailers packed with podencos.. with temperatures near 40 degrees. These trailers have only a few airholes, they are tiny spaces and with flat roof…. Almost always made of metal and very hot…. Need I say more? (I transport my dogs inside my car, with aircon!!)
