VDS reaches €26M in economic impact and consolidates Valencia as a capital of technological innovation 🚀

📍 Today, the impact report on the latest edition of VDS, prepared by , was presented with the support of through .

The event brought together , Mayor of Valencia; , Councillor for Tourism, Innovation and Investment Attraction; , President of Startup Valencia; , CEO of Startup Valencia and VDS, and David Samu, Leader of -Parthenon in Spain.

It was also attended by representatives from leading organisations such as , , .lab, , and .espana, among others, highlighting the strength of the public-private collaboration driving Valencia’s technological ecosystem forward 🤝

📊 The report reveals that VDS 2025 generated €26M for the Valencian economy, 29% more than the previous edition, and contributed to the equivalent of more than 2,209 monthly full-time jobs.

The event also hosted the presentation of the 2026 Honorary City of Valencia Award to , Director of , recognising his contribution to strengthening Valencia’s position as a leading tech hub in Europe.
