Unit 77 begins with contrast.
While both apartments share the same architectural language, each one develops its own atmosphere through color and materiality. In the second home, the palette shifts toward a softer and more restrained expression—warm neutrals, lighter surfaces, and a calmer rhythm that enhances the natural light throughout the space.
The result feels quieter, more serene, yet still connected to the bold identity of its counterpart. Two apartments, two moods, one cohesive vision.
Nothing accidental. Nothing excessive.
Just a project that understands balance—knowing exactly when to make a statement, and when to let the space breathe.

A home is never built by walls alone.
It lives in the small rituals and the objects that stay. A candle burned too many nights in a row. Books left open on the table. A scent that lingers long after the door closes. Pieces collected without urgency; ceramics, glass, textures, light.
Not decoration for the sake of filling space. Presence. Atmosphere. Evidence of life being lived inside it.

Design does not wait for
approval,
nor does it ask for room.
It enters with clarity.
It defines with precision.
And once present, it remains
unshaken.

Unit 77 begins at the threshold.
The shared entrance isn’t just circulation—it’s the first gesture of the project. A carefully framed distributor space that slows the transition between both homes, setting the rhythm before the interiors unfold.
From there, the apartments diverge in mood while speaking the same language. One side leans bold: retro terrazzo underfoot, a fearless pink kitchen, and a deep blue bathroom that draws you in. Next door, the palette softens—cleaner lines, calmer tones, more light, same DNA.
Nothing accidental. Nothing excessive.
Just a project that understands balance—knowing exactly when to make a statement, and when to let the space breathe.

Unit 77 starts with a split—but never loses its rhythm.
Two spaces, one shared threshold. A transition designed to be felt, not just crossed.
On one side: retro terrazzo, a fearless pink kitchen, deep blue tones that draw you in.
On the other: softer textures, calmer lines, more breathing room—same language, different tempo.
Original mouldings, restored doors, custom details throughout.
Nothing accidental. Nothing excessive.
Just a project that understands balance: when to speak loud, and when silence says enough.

This isn’t an update.
It’s a statement.
Bold in form,
sharp in intent,
it redraws the rules
of what deserves attention.
We don’t dilute.
We don’t step back.
We don’t blend in.
We set the tone.
We take the space.

A family home in Valencia reimagined by FOS: two siblings inherit their mother’s house and transform it into two independent homes, connected through a shared vestibule that keeps the family bond alive.
A project where architecture becomes a quiet dialogue between intimacy and connection — warm materials, filtered light and spaces designed to live both together and apart.
