In our kitchens, everyone gets their own cooking station. Food passionates have a 1/2 day course special Spanish classics. They learn, amongst other recipes, the secrets of gazpacho and paella. Foodies who want a more relaxed version choose the tapas course: 2h of preparing and degustating tapas with wine. Our food garden is organic, our products are local and our fish is wild and sustainable. Because it makes sense to us.
