I'm your professional chef Alec Gilderman and I'm really pleased to welcome you here. If you are looking for personal chef service you have come to the right place! Lets go in only 3 easy steps.
1 step
Call me or write to me. We can then meet in person for an informal chatt. This will allow us to get to know each other and discuss exactly what you are looking for. I will also explain the tailored services I can offer you.
 2 step
I will you ask about: food likes/dislikes, food allergies/sensitivities, your life style and food goals, a schedule that works best for you.
3 step
I typically cook or deliver 2 times a week for each client, so picking a day during the week that will work on a regular basis is best. Each week a new menu will be created and will be approved by the client to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the meals.
On the date that we have scheduled for me to deliver or cook in your home I'll do the grocery shopping that morning to ensure that I am using the freshest ingredients possible. I will bring all the cooking supplies that I need, or will use what is provided at your home, if preferred. I will generally spend 3-6 hours cooking depending on the meal plan that we
have designed. After I cook, I will package all the meals and organize them in your fridge or freezer. They will all be neatly labeled with dates, reheating and serving instructions. Lastly, if I cook on your kitchen I will thoroughly clean your kitchen, leaving it spotless and organized for your return.
We will continue to discuss my services to ensure you are satisfied. As your personal chef it is very important that we have a good relationship - to benefit your lifestyle, health and family needs. " We are fans of our work, and understand how a delicious food and great picture can convey more meaning than words are able to"
