Today, USO Rota brought our community together to celebrate the excellence, dedication, and commitment of outstanding service members from the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force during our Sailor of the Quarter Luncheon.

A heartfelt thank you to the command teams for joining us, and to our tremendous volunteers for their time, energy, and support in making this special event possible.
A special thank you to USAA for providing the plaques and challenge coins to recognize this quarter’s honorees and for your continued support.

We are also grateful to our friends at Hotel Playa de la Luz for their generous support and for making the event extra special with their delicious food preparation.

Congratulations to all of this quarter’s honorees! Thank you for your continued service, dedication, and sacrifice. We are proud to celebrate you and all that you do for your commands and our community.

Stories Across the Miles--keeping families connected is what we are here for.

This week, our newest military families came together for breakfast, with a little Spanish touch and a taste of Spain, before creating a special connection through our USO Reading Program.

Children had the opportunity to read to their deployed mom or dad the very book their parent usually reads to them, a simple story turned into a special moment across the miles.

No matter where you are, the USO is here to help you stay connected.

It’s almost time for our next book club! Our book this month is If the Hat Fits by Sara Bourgeois from the Wicked Witches of Cauldron Hollow series.

Haven’t started it yet? It’s NOT too late! This is a fast, fun read, so you still have plenty of time to jump in and join us!

🎧 And even better… the audiobook just came out! If listening is more your style, the audiobook is only about 4.5 hours, so you can easily fit it in before book club.

Gaming, laughter, camaraderie, and new friendships, just another great week at USO Rota!

We kicked things off with Salute to Service Tournament, bringing our community together for a night of gaming, great food and fellowship, and wrapped up the week with our Younger Experts, where the competition was strong and the friendships even stronger.

This is what the USO is all about, bringing our military community together, creating connections, and making memories along the way.

From Miles & Smiles at the beach to hands-on creativity with our STEM Club, connection was at the heart of the week.

At the hospital, Sweetness & Chats brought coffee, conversation, and a little extra care to our community.

Different programs, different moments, one USO mission: connecting, supporting, and strengthening our military community.
