In San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, the expansion of the city wastewater treatment plant (phase 1) was carried out successfully.
A new network of general collectors in the city made up of two collectors following the course of the Cipero and Vistabella rivers, which connect with a general collector parallel to the coast plugged into the new treatment plant, was set up and interfaced with the existing network.

The ex*****on of the collector network was carried out by four Herrenknecht AVN machines. In total they drove up a distance of 13 km.
The urban environment location implied: manage traffic and service diversions as well as minimize the impact on nearby homes.

In San Fernando, Trinidad und Tobago, wurde die Erweiterung der städtischen Kläranlage (Phase 1) erfolgreich durchgeführt.
Hierfür wurde ein neues Sammlernetzwerk in der Stadt errichtet, welches aus zwei Sammlern besteht, die dem Verlauf der Flüsse Cipero und Vistabella folgen. Zudem wurde eine Verbindung geschaffen zu einem bereits bestehenden Sammler parallel zur Küste, der an eine neue Kläranlage angeschlossen ist.

Vier Herrenknecht AVN-Maschinen waren an der Erstellung dieses neuen Sammlernetzes beteiligt und fuhren eine Strecke von insgesamt 13 km auf. Die Herausforderungen der städtischen Lage der Baustelle, wie die Errichtung von Verkehrs- und Versorgungsumleitungen sowie die Vermeidung von Auswirkungen auf die umliegenden Häuser wurden bestens bewältigt.
