A strong finish at the Rallye du Maroc 🇲🇦🏆
Toyota Gazoo Racing and Overdrive Racing take 1st and 2nd overall, with Seth Quintero claiming the victory after a demanding week in the Moroccan desert.
A great result for the Toyota Hilux and for everyone behind the scenes making these cars perform at the highest level.

A different perspective of the bivouac in Morocco.
From up here it may look small, but down there is where all the hard work happens. Engineering, teamwork and the effort of hundreds of people keeping a World Rally-Raid Championship event running in the middle of the desert.
The penultimate round of the W2RC, working with Overdrive Racing and the Toyota Hilux T1+ EVO.
Long days, plenty of work… and quite a lot of sand. 😅

Rally du Maroc 🇲🇦
Penultimate round of the World Rally-Raid Championship.
Back with Overdrive Racing, working alongside these Toyota Hilux T1+ EVOs as they get ready to take on Morocco.
Another week of racing, engineering, and plenty of hours behind the scenes. 🏁

At .f.motorsport with two Ford Units, a Ranger Raptor 3.0 v6 twin turbo and Bronco 2.7 tubed with .
Explaining the Complex Ford Ecu that hptuners allows adjust with datalogger. It is the only tool that let does that .
We did a calibration checking all data to be sure the engine, temps and pressures are perfect. No limits hit and all temps under control.
Some upgrades to keep the gearbox safe and cold down the intake.

Después de mucho trabajo, ya está disponible en Amazon mi libro “Calibración de centralitas, y cómo sobrevivir a ellas”.
En él he intentado reunir parte de lo aprendido durante más de 25 años trabajando con gestión electrónica, calibración de motores, competición y proyectos especiales.
El objetivo no es solo explicar qué tocar en una ECU, sino entender por qué se hace, cómo piensa la centralita y qué consecuencias tiene cada decisión sobre el rendimiento y la fiabilidad del motor.
Desde los fundamentos de combustible, encendido, sensores y lambda hasta estrategias como control de turbo, launch control, anti-lag, traction control, torque management y protecciones de motor.

After a lot of work, my book “Ecu Calibration and how to survive it”is now available on Amazon.
I have tried to bring together part of what I have learned over more than 25 years working with engine management systems, engine calibration, motorsport and special projects.
The aim is not only to explain what to change in an ECU, but to understand why we make those changes, how the ECU works, and how each decision affects engine performance and reliability.
The book covers everything from fuel, ignition, sensors and lambda fundamentals to more advanced strategies such as boost control, launch control, anti-lag, traction control, torque management and engine protection.
