It’s about learning faster, staying human, building trust, and leading sustainably.

These are 4 leadership trends I believe will continue shaping 2026 — and, more importantly, what we can do about them.

Which one do you think leaders need to focus on most right now?

Most presentations don’t have a content problem.
They have a clarity problem.

You can have great slides.
Know your subject inside out.
And speak with confidence.

But if your audience leaves wondering, “What was the point?” — your message didn’t land.

Great speakers don’t try to make people remember everything.

They decide what matters most and build everything around it.

Before your next presentation, ask:

If they remember only ONE sentence, what do I want it to be?

💬 Can’t answer it yet? Send me MESSAGE and I’ll share a practical process to help you define your core message and make it land.

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲. 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

I recently had the chance to see The Corrs live near , and beyond the nostalgia and the music, something else caught my attention: their teamwork.

For those who may not know them, are an Irish band formed by siblings Andrea, Sharon, Caroline and Jim Corr, blending pop-rock with traditional Irish music. They’ve been making music together for decades.

And that made me think…
Working with a team can be challenging.
Working with my sisters? I love them dearly… but I can only imagine! 😅

Different personalities. Different opinions. Different strengths. Different roles.
And perhaps that’s precisely what makes a great team.

The strength of a team doesn’t come from everyone being the same. It comes from individuals bringing something different and learning how to complement one another.

Just like in music, each person has a part to play.
The magic happens when we listen to each other, value what each person brings, and turn our differences into something we could never create alone.

Great leadership isn’t about getting everyone to play the same note.
It’s about helping different notes create harmony. 🎶

They make better decisions because they manage their brain better.

Most people believe decision-making is purely logical.

Neuroscience says otherwise.

Every decision is influenced by three systems working together:

🧠 The prefrontal cortex
Plans. Analyses. Thinks long term.

❤️ The limbic system
Feels. Reacts. Protects.

⚡ The reward system
Seeks pleasure. Avoids pain. Reinforces habits.

The best leaders are not those who silence their emotions.

They are the ones who recognize when emotions are providing useful information—and when they are taking control.

Because better decisions do not come from ignoring what we feel.

They come from creating enough space to understand it before we act.

A powerful leader does not react from emotion. They respond with awareness.

Great leadership begins with self-leadership.

What decision have you made recently that was driven more by emotion than logic?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 once said:
“If you set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing.”

It's a provocative statement, and one that hits close to home for me.

For many years, I was a people pleaser. If I'm honest, it's still a work in progress. I understand how difficult it can be to say no, deliver uncomfortable feedback, or make a decision that you know others won't like. The desire to avoid disappointing people can be incredibly strong.

But I've learned that requires a different mindset.

When our need for approval becomes stronger than our commitment to our values, we start compromising in ways that hold us back. We avoid difficult conversations. We delay important decisions. We put other people's comfort ahead of what needs to be done.

Leadership isn't about being liked all the time.
It's about acting with integrity, making decisions that align with your principles, and having the courage to do what's right, even when it's unpopular.

I'm still learning this myself. Every time I choose authenticity over approval, it becomes a little easier.

The real question is:
Are your decisions driven by your principles, or by the fear of losing someone's approval?

I'd love to hear your perspective. Have you ever found yourself choosing between being liked and doing what you believed was right?

𝙑𝙤𝙮 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙜𝙤 𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧:
