الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات في المجال.

التخصص: خبرة عملية في التعامل مع Static Equipment (مثل الأوعية، التانكات، المبادلات الحرارية، إلخ).

المؤهل الدراسي: خريج جامعة حكومية (يفضل).

المهارات اللغوية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية للتعامل مع المستندات والمراسلات الفنية.

الخبرة العملية: خبرة مثبتة في المشاريع والمواقع والعمل تحت الضغط.

المهام الوظيفية:

الإشراف على التركيب والصيانة الخاصة بالمعدات الثابتة.

إعداد التقارير الفنية.

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our new mobile service for mechanical seal maintenance!

fge-service, the local service agent for global leader EagleBurgmann, can now bring our expertise directly to your site. Our state-of-the-art containerized service center is fully equipped to handle all your mechanical seal needs, including:

• Polishing Machine: Restore sealing surfaces to optimal condition.

• Ultrasonic Cleaner: Ensure thorough cleaning of components for a reliable seal.

• Monochromatic Light Device: Inspect mechanical seal faces for any imperfections after polishing.

• Test Rig: Rigorous testing of assembled seals for guaranteed performance.

This mobile service is ideal for oil and gas companies, fertilizer companies, and steel companies seeking a convenient and efficient solution for their mechanical seal maintenance.

This is a full-time role for a Junior Sales Engineer at FGE in Suez. The Junior Sales Engineer will primarily be responsible for technical support and communication with customers to solve problems, answer inquiries, and provide information. Sales and customer service are also a crucial part of the role. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
• Suez Residency is a MUST.
• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical support skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and present complex solutions in a simple and understandable manner
• Customer service skills
• An understanding of rotating and static equipment and the technical knowledge to provide solutions to customers
• A self-starter with ability to work independently and part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must
