Earned Value Management ( EVM. )
عبارة عن أسلوب لقياس معدل أداء المشروع من حيث الوقت
( on schedule & ahead of schedule & behind of schedule)
و التكلفة
( on budget & under budget & Over budget)
في البداية يجب أن نتعرف على هذه المعادلات :
Planned Value (PV) = budgeted cost * work scheduled
و هو عبارة عن حاصل ضرب التكلفة المخططة للبند * الكمية المخطط تنفيذها
Earned Value (EV) = budgeted cost * Work performed
و هو عبارة عن حاصل ضرب التكلفة المخططة للبند * الكمية الفعلية المنفذة
Actual Cost (AC) = actual cost * work performed
و هو عبارة عن حاصل ضرب التكلفة الفعلية للبند * الكمية الفعلية المنفذة
بالمقارنة بين تلك المتغيرات أقدر أحدد معدل أداء المشروع من حيث الوقت و التكلفة،
مثال:
PV = 10
EV = 12
AC = 8
بيتم قراءة هذة القيم السابقة كالآتي:
من المخطط تنفيذ حجم أعمال بقيمة ١٠ قروش مثلاً،
و لكن الذي تم تنفيذه بالفعل حجم أعمال بقيمة ١٢ قرش ( ahead of schedule )،
و صرف على حجم الأعمال الفعلي ٨ قروش
( under budget)
