Agile Psychosocial Practitioner (APP) !

Yeah, it sounds techy, but at CIPPO, APP is a person it’s you. It’s the heart of what we do!

When we came up with the name, we wanted something that actually reflects our work culture, our mission, our vision.

Agile is usually used in the tech field, but isn’t just a buzzword. We love what it means, it’s about being flexible, nimble, adaptable, responsive, client-centered, and emotionally resilient.

Because our work doesn’t happen in quiet therapy rooms.

It happens: In classrooms that feel like traffic jams of noise, movement, and emotions; In the chaos of break time where research shows most bullying and social-emotional struggles show up; In playgrounds, sports courts, clubs—anywhere kids are being kids.

Psychosocial means we’re not just about the psychological or the social: we’re about both.

We build on clinical psychology and social work frameworks, inspired by evidence-based models like William Pelham’s STP, Ross Greene’s CPS, and others.

But we don’t just adopt the science we bring it to life in real-world, social settings.

And Practitioner? That’s the umbrella for all of us on the ground: therapists, specialists, tutors, paraprofessionals. The ones doing the real, messy, meaningful work.
