Nile Developments

Nile Developments is an Egyptian joint stock company, established in 2002, under the umbrella of Nile & Ahram Group (NAG).

With a huge portfolio of projects, NAG has been a pioneer in real estate development all over New Cairo and Mansoura city. Nile Developments has planned to expand its investments in the new Egyptian smart cities, by launching "31North Tower" in New Administrative Capital's Downtown in 2021. "31 North" is the first & tallest festival mixed-use tower, strategically located in the downtown of the new capital, including commercial, administrative, and residential units.
