Before Grova Easthills was designed, it was read.
300 feddan of natural elevation in East Cairo shaped the masterplan from the start, from ridge lines and valleys to sheltered corridors and sunlit slopes. Roads follow the contours. Plots sit with the terrain. Open spaces gather where the land opens.
