In its sixth event of the year, LOGIC CEO CLUB held a workshop on "Digital Transformation" by Eng. Abdullah Rhwanjy, the former Chief Technology Officer of Coca Cola and Philip Moris, for the region. The workshop involved a discussion of the disruptive nature of our modern world, an exploration of the new consumer journey and the opportunity to design the new roadmap companies need to follow to adapt to the coming technologically-disruptive age and use it to their benefit.

Brown International Business Leadership Seminar Series, featuring Christine Blondel, Adjunct Professor of Family Business, INSEAD, on the topic of "Family Business from Generation to Generation: Challenges & Best Practices in Terms of Transmission and Governance".

On March 25th, LOGIC Consulting hosted a business leadership seminar, in collaboration with AUC School of Business, titled "Making the Board a Value-Added Board" and presented by Professor David R. Beatty, Professor of Strategy and the Chair of David & Sharon Johnston Center for Corporate Governance Innovation at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Microsoft's Advanced Technology Lab director Dr. Hussein Salama welcomed the CEO Club members to the lab's office in Zamalek on March 13th. The visit was geared towards acquainting club members with the lab's work in machine learning, their leading product LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Service), and breakthroughs in Arabic speech and machine translation.

On February 6th and 7th, LOGIC’s CEO Club organized a regional corporate visit to Dubai where members had the opportunity to network with business leaders in the UAE and explore cutting edge technologies that are transforming businesses. The trip included visits to Majid Al Futtaim Leadership Institute & Analytics Center of Excellence, the Etisalat Digital Open Innovation Center and the Apple Store, as well as recreational activities at Mall of Emirates’ Ski Dubai.
