Support Account Manager

The Support Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with Customers, ensuring their support needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of customers' accounts and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services.



Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customers relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Account Management: Oversee the daily operations of customer accounts, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.

- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, support activities, and customer satisfaction.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Having an SAP background is a plus.



Qualifications:



- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or account management, with - Proven track record of managing customer relationships.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the - Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires occasional travel to customer sites.

- Availability to work outside regular business hours to address urgent customer needs.
