و لكن تأثيرها قد يصبح ضاراً لهم, إلا إذا ما وضعنا حدوداً و قواعد لاستخدامها, و ذلك لنساعدهم على الإستفادة من الإيجابيات, و حمايتهم من سلبيات هذه التكنولوجيا.

أضرار كالسمنة و الاكتئاب و مشاكل التفاعل الإجتماعي قد تصبح خطراً حقيقياً على أبنائنا, و يمكن أن تفسد حياتهم.

لذلك شجعوا أحبائكم على قراءة الكتب و الرسم و ممارسة الرياضة و الألعاب التقليدية , أجعلوهم يتحركون و يفكرون و يتفاعلون اجتماعياً, لتساعدوا في بناء مستقبل أفضل و أكثر صحة لهم.

Nowadays technology is everywhere and is so important to us more than any time before, and so is to our kids who are learning and developing very fast because of using computers and internet.

But the effect on them would be very harmful if we don't set limits and rules to help them getting all positives and being protected against all negatives of this technology.

Bad effects like obesity, depression and lake of social interaction are so dangerous for our children and can ruin their lives.

So encourage your beloved ones to read books, paint, play sports and traditional games, let them move, think and socialize, and help making their future better and healthier.
