Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Dispatcher Instructor authorized to issue specific certificates in cooperation with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The successful candidate will lead and train flight dispatch teams, oversee flight operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and issue essential certifications for aircraft and crew.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, monitor, and manage flight operations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Issue authorized flight-related certificates in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority.
• Ensure all flights comply with safety regulations, operational procedures, and air traffic control instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of flight operations, flight plans, and certificates issued.
• Provide operational support and guidance to flight crews and ground operations teams.
• Train, mentor, and supervise flight dispatch staff to ensure high standards of performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in education, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience: ≥8 years for team leader or ≥5 years for technical experts in skills assessment, curriculum development, and market-driven interventions in green/circular economy sectors.
• Strong expertise in labor market analysis, stakeholder engagement, gender-sensitive approaches, and education/training systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; experience in Egypt or the MENA region is preferred.
