Some stages are built, but this one has been standing for over a century.
Manial Palace has been one of Cairo's most remarkable landmarks since the Alawiyya dynasty. The first Manial Palace Festival brought people together around culture, music, and a cause worth celebrating. Every ticket, every moment, and every seat in that room contributed to the restoration of the palace itself.
The night featured Naseer Shamma, the world renowned Iraqi Oud maestro and UNESCO Artist for Peace, whose music gave the evening exactly the kind of soul a place like Manial Palace deserves.
Modern Touch helped bring the festival experience to life, creating a production that respected the character of the palace while giving the event its own identity.
