i Business Park Towers | From Vision to Reality

An engineering and architectural feat rising in the skyline of the New Administrative Capital

Construction is currently underway on the first private-sector Sky Bridge of its kind within the Tourist Towers District of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. Rising more than 80 meters above ground level, with complex structural dimensions of approximately 15 meters in width and 25 meters in depth, the bridge represents one of the most advanced construction challenges on site. Beyond connecting two towers, it forms a suspended multi-use mass accommodating five integrated office and retail floors.

We are pleased to share on-site progress images from i Business Park Towers —
one of the most prominent upcoming landmarks in the Tourist Towers District of the New Administrative Capital.

Designing this project presented a unique challenge, bringing together ambition and a fully integrated architectural vision.

Standing on site and witnessing construction translate concept into reality is among the most rewarding professional moments.
In projects of this scale, details are not merely design elements… they are the essence of the story.

“ملحمة هندسية ومعمارية قيد التنفيذ”

يُعد هذا أول "سكاي بريدج" (Sky Bridge) من نوعه للقطاع الخاص يجري تنفيذه حالياً في منطقة شريط الأبراج السياحية بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة. بارتفاع يتجاوز 80 متراً عن سطح الأرض، وبعرض 15 متراً وعمق 25 متراً، يمثل الجسر حالياً أحد أعقد الورش الإنشائية؛ حيث لا يقتصر دوره على الربط بين برجين، بل يمثل منشأة معلقة تضم 5 طوابق إدارية وتجاريه

يعمل الفريق المعماري حالياً على دمج الجسر مع واجهات الأبراج لضمان التناغم البصري، مع حل معضلات فواصل التمدد المعمارية. كما يتم الالتزام الصارم بمتطلبات الدفاع المدني من خلال تحديد مناطق فصل الحريق وتصميم مسارات هروب آمنة ومستقلة داخل هذا الهيكل المعلق

تم التنسيق بإستخدام نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) للتنسيق اللحظي بين الأنظمة الإنشائية والمعمارية والميكانيكية. هذا النهج "الرقمي التوأم" يضمن إدارة الفراغات بدقة متناهية، ومنع أي تداخلات قبل البدء بمرحلة الرفع الثقيل.

التحدي الأكبر يكمن في تنسيق mep داخل فراغات سقفية محدودة جداً مع الامتثال الكامل لأكواد الحريق والسلامة الدولية، لضمان تشغيل الطوابق بنجاح.

تم تصميم الهيكل الانشائى ليكون فائق القوة في مقاومة أحمال الرياح العالية والقوى الجانبية. يركز التصميم الإنشائي على إدارة الحركة التفاضلية بين البرجين باستخدام ركائز وفواصل تمدد دقيقة للغاية، تعمل على التحكم في الاهتزازات والانحرافات (Deflection) دون تحميل أي إجهادات إضافية على الأبراج الحاملة

تجري التحضيرات لعمليات الرفع الثقيل (Heavy Lifting) المعقدة، والتي تتطلب تخطيطاً دقيقاً لمواجهة قيود الرياح والطقس، مع جدولة عمليات الرفع الليلي ونقل القطاعات المعدنية الضخمة إلى الموقع لضمان أعلى مستويات السلامة لاستكمال باقى الهيكل الانشائى .

إن مراحل تنفيذ مشروع (i business park towers) هو ثمرة تضافر الرؤية المعمارية المنضبطة، والتصميم الإنشائي المتطور، والتنسيق التقني المتكامل. عند اكتماله، سيكون علامة فارقة تثبت قدرة القطاع الخاص على تنفيذ مشاريع بنية تحتية ومعمارية عالمية في سماء

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Cairo. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design development and technical , software development, integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Architectural Design skills
Excellent to good knowledge of Revit is a MUST.
Experience (2-4 years)
Knowledge of relevant software and technologies in the architectural field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
