إنجازات نظام إدارة ومراقبة المشاريع
1. إدارة التعاقدات والمستخلصات (المالك والمقاول)
مستخلصات العميل: أتمتة دورة حياة "مقايسة العميل" بدءاً من رصد نسب الإنجاز الفعلية لكل بند، وصولاً إلى استخراج المستخلصات الدورية وإصدار شهادات الإنجاز (Certification of Completion) بدقة متناهية.
إدارة مقاولي الباطن: ضبط مستحقات مقاولي الباطن والموردين من خلال ربط الصرف بنسب التنفيذ الفعلية والتدقيق على مطابقة البنود المنفذة للمواصفات المتعاقد عليها.
2. الرقابة المالية والمصروفات النثرية
نظام العهد الذكي: حوكمة كاملة للعهد النقدية للموظفين، مع تتبع دقيق لكافة المصروفات وربطها آلياً بمراكز التكلفة (Cost Centers) الخاصة بكل مشروع وبنود الصرف المعتمدة.
3. تحليل التكاليف والموازنات (Cost Control)
لوحة تحكم التكاليف (Project Cost Dashboard): مراقبة لحظية لتكاليف المشاريع ومقارنة "التكاليف الفعلية" بـ "الموازنة التقديرية" على مستوى كل بند، مما يسمح باكتشاف الانحرافات المالية (Variance Analysis) ومعالجتها مبكراً.
4. متابعة الأداء وتقارير الإنجاز (PMO Dashboard)
داشبورد مديري المشاريع: توفير رؤية شاملة (360 درجة) لمديري المشاريع تشمل:
الحالة التشغيلية للمشروع (Project Health).
تحليل نسب الإنجاز المخططة مقابل الفعلية.
الموقف المالي للمستخلصات (المحصلة والمتبقية) لضمان التدفق النقدي الصحيح.
