We're Hiring | Media Buyer

Hive Studio is looking for a Media Buyer to join our digital marketing team and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
If you're passionate about performance marketing, data, and delivering measurable results, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Job Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Media Buying (agency experience is a plus).
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and X Ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a
fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work on site from our office.

We Are Hiring | Senior Content Creator

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create high quality content across multiple formats, including social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Lead content ideation sessions and contribute innovative concepts that drive engagement and growth.
- Write compelling copy and oversee content production from concept to publishing.
- Stay up to date with content trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, media buyers, and account managers to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations based on insights and analytics.
- Ensure content consistency and brand voice across all platforms.
Mentor and support junior content creators when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven experience creating content for different social media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required.
