The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will handle scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and office coordination, while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
Tasks and Duties:
- Manage front desk and administrative operations, including greeting visitors, handling calls and correspondence, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating company events to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry, reporting, and using Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and presentations.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Act as the main point of contact between candidates and the company, handling inquiries, managing applications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new hires, maintain and update employee records and CV databases, and support overall HR documentation processes.
- Monitor attendance and leave management, support payroll preparation according to company policies, and act as HR key user for employee lifecycle processes (hiring, termination, records, and leave quotas).
Requirements:
