Revenue Authority targets SSP 640 billion collections in the next four months

The South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA) has revealed a plan targeting the collection of 640 billion South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) in the next four months.

According to the statement posted on the SSRA page, the institution is expected to collect SSP 160 billion monthly over the next four months; hence, the total targeted collection amounts to SSP 640 billion.

The SSRA stated that this collection is targeted before the country enters the new financial year in July.

“The Commissioner General announced a target of collecting an average of 160 billion South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) per month over the remaining four months of the 2025–2026 fiscal year,” the statement from the SSRA read in part.
