Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for different positions as well as onboarding new hires by the following criteria:
Job Description:
- Recruit and perform required activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend a final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers, and the HR team on job descriptions, requisition creation and recruitment agreement implementation
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and candidate to maintain the quality of the recruitment process
- Experienced in conducting HR interviews with different calibers
- Continuously develop networks to actively build a database of candidates and qualified calibers
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s position using various tools including direct meetings with prospects and clients
- Manage and submit different reports accordingly
Required Experience:
4-7 years experience in the same role or similar
Preferred experience in construction and real estate sectors
Very Good user of MS office
Has a vast experience in different types of recruitment portals
Has a very good experience in the process of sourcing, selection, and hiring
Required Education and Skills:
Bachelor degree. (HR post graduate study is an asset)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Eager to learn, proactive and dynamic

About the Job
• Supervise creating financial models to evaluate potential new development or investments opportunities. Models include project and portfolio level performance and structured finance.
• Supervise creating financial models to evaluate property investment, exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams.
• Supervise updating financial models with actual data to evaluate investments.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities for our clients.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree – Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, accounting or equivalent experience
• Real Estate background is mostly preferred.
