Upgrading a metro line that has served Cairo for over 27 years requires precise coordination across contracts and engineering disciplines.

Through the SYSTRA–ACE–Sabbour JV, we provide consultancy services for the management of the system contract supporting the rehabilitation of Cairo Metro Line 1, Africa’s largest MRT line.

The project includes rolling stock replacement and upgrade, alongside the development of key systems, bringing together local and international expertise to support this vital transport connection.

إعادة تأهيل خط مترو يعمل في القاهرة منذ أكثر من 27 عامًا تتطلب تنسيقًا دقيقًا بين مختلف العقود والتخصصات الهندسية.

ومن خلال SYSTRA–ACE–Sabbour JV ، نقدم خدمات
استشارية لإدارة عقد الأنظمة ضمن مشروع إعادة تأهيل الخط الأول لمترو القاهرة، أكبر خطوط المترو في أفريقيا.

ويشمل المشروع استبدال وتحديث القطارات وتطوير الأنظمة الرئيسية، من خلال الجمع بين الخبرات المحلية والدولية لدعم تطوير هذا الخط الحيوي.

Designed with future expansion in mind, the Tanta Wastewater Treatment Plant is planned to accommodate a capacity of 150,000 m³/day by 2057.

Our role as consultants extends across the project, from evaluating bids and reviewing detailed designs to supervising construction, operations, and maintenance, and supporting the handover.

With an initial design capacity of 100,000 m³/day, the project is built to address today’s needs while being prepared for tomorrow’s demands.

مع التخطيط للتوسع مستقبلًا، تم تصميم موقع محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي بطنطا بما يسمح بزيادة طاقتها الاستيعابية إلى 150,000 متر مكعب يوميًا بحلول عام 2057.

يمتد دورنا الاستشاري عبر مختلف مراحل المشروع، بدءًا من تقييم العروض ومراجعة التصميمات التفصيلية، وصولًا إلى الإشراف على التنفيذ والتشغيل والصيانة، ودعم إجراءات التسليم.

وتبلغ الطاقة التصميمية الحالية للمحطة 100,000 متر مكعب يوميًا، بما يلبي احتياجات اليوم مع الاستعداد لمتطلبات المستقبل.
