We are hiring a Tele-sales agent to join Collins Insurance Brokers team in Egypt.
We need a sales with previous experience at least 2 years in sales to take the lead of the following responsibility:
Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
Answer all calls regarding potential Customers' questions and inquires.
Contact customers for surveys.
Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).


Job Requirements

1-Telesales/Call Center experience is preferable.
2-Excellent communication skills.
3-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
4-Problem solver, able to quickly assess issues and provide solutions.
5-Good in English
6-University graduate.
7-Sales experience 1-3 years at least.
8-Excellent Computer Skills (office).
9-Meeting sales goals.

Urgent hiring
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Company may consider application of fresh graduates to be part of new insurance team if the have the following
Skills:
1-Good English ”writing/speaking and reading”.
2-MS word and power point and excel skills.
3-Communications and teamwork skills.
