If you are a Director, Manager or team leader, MaaC -Manager as a Coach- is the perfect program for you to meet with the 21st century's most optimum work experience.

MaaC (Manager as a Coach) intends to help managers realize their employees’ potentials and build on their strengths as well as develop their improvement points. Performance coaching skills will be used while applying the 5S coaching model to develop their employee’s performance to meet the desired organizational goals.

- FIRSTedu enables educators to facilitate memorable, engaging and impactful Learner eXperience. The program helps teachers/facilitators to design and facilitate an outstanding Active Deep Learner eXperience (ADLX) by adopting SeGa’s FIRST Framework, which follows a learner-centric approach.

- FIRST LXC (Learner eXperience Coaching) is a program that aims to equip Learning professionals with the essential coaching skills to empower learners to have more in-depth, individualized, and relevant experiences through powerful thought-provoking conversations; to help learners transform their learning into performance.

- FIRST LXD (Learner eXperience Design) aims to enable teachers and educators to design & develop the Active Deep Learner eXperience while considering the whole person through the whole learning journey to reach the maximum impact possible.
FIRST LXD is inspired by different domains such as eXperience design, design thinking, learning instructional design & other domains to ensure an impactful Learner eXperience.

- Gamification creates both fun and impactful Learner eXperience. We offer a Gamification program to enable you to apply game design elements and principles in learning and educational contexts.
