🔸️Hold in plank for 1min.
You can make It on the floor or challenge yourself and place your legs on a balance ball.
🔸️Freestyle Kicks for 30sec.
Keep our core tight + squeeze your glutes to keep your balance on the ball and start kicking as fast as you can.
🔸️Rolling from Plank to Headstand 30sec.
Beside strengthening your core this exercise works on the shoulders stability and mobility.
Repeat this set for 3 rounds

🔸️A strong core is much more than six-pack abs. We use our core muscles unconsciously for several actions in a day ranging from bending and lifting weight, for balance and even to managing our breathing. A weakened core can cause serious injury if ignored. The plank position helps target the core muscles and give them a good burn to build muscle strength.
