For laser cutting we are using the best in class “Navigator” machines designed by the company VNITEP in internationally renowned research center Dubna (Russia). Navigator KS – 7B - the new machine with two independent cutting heads (each head is bearing 3 kW fiber laser) arrived at the plant and is already working.

A closer look at what happens behind the scenes in our laser cutting department.
These machines run with up to 20 kW of power and can cut mild steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 40 mm thick. The system includes two independent cutting heads and a 6000 x 1500 mm working area - designed for high throughput and accuracy.
We’ve been refining this setup since 2014, building not just capability but consistency - from the hardware and nozzles to the interface and the people operating it.
