Delta Goalie Lab EC

Three solo training tips for hockey goalies 🇪🇨:

1) Elasticity: Practice your split. One day you’ll need it to do that big impossible save worth a profile picture (and live to tell it).

2) Screens: use a big object (or not so good friend) to limit your visión (see pictures) and take shots. Move dynamically from side to side keeping your head out of the obstacle and maintaining a possition as low as possible. Stick always on the floor (we don’t want five hole goals!). Project your glove movement even though you can’t full y see through the obstacle.

3) Positioning & Box Control: Use two ropes to project de puck trajectories. Move inside this área only. Skate back and forth to learn the puck trajectories. Do this for 5-10 minutes every practice, your muscle memory will do the rest. Trust me. ;)
