AWKI
In a world full of unhealthy chocolate options, we present a revolutionary proposal: Cognitive Chocolates.
Our impact: empower women in cacao, provide jobs for excluded groups, the health of our consumers and eco-design of our packaging and processes.

What if what you call “chocolate”…
is actually something else?
Most chocolate today is built around additions.
Sugar. Flavorings. Processes designed to standardize, not to express.
And slowly, almost without noticing,
we’ve moved away from cacao itself.
This is not about complexity.
It’s about interference.
Because cacao is already complex.
Already expressive.
Already enough.
The question is:
At what point does chocolate stop being cacao…
and start being something constructed?
Purity was created to explore the opposite direction.
Sweetened only with cacao pulp.
No refined sugar. No artificial elements.
Less interference.
More cacao.
And a very different experience.
Would you recognize cacao
if nothing was masking it?
Save this if you believe chocolate should taste like cacao.

A month of cacao, science, and connection. 🤎🧠
Over the next weeks, AWKI will be part of a series of experiences where chocolate is not only tasted, but explored, questioned, and understood.
From an intimate book release and guided tastings in Quito, to international stages in Bordeaux, and conversations around consciousness and the brain in Cuenca, each event is an invitation to experience cacao differently.
✨ Quito (Apr 24–25 | MUNA)
Book release En busca de la Estrella del Cacao, chocolate tasting, and a talk on the relationship between cacao and the brain, where tradition meets science.
✨ Bordeaux (May 1–3 | SHOWCOLAT)
One of the most important bean-to-bar festivals in Europe, bringing together makers, researchers, and innovators shaping the future of chocolate.
✨ Quito (May 7–10 | Grand Bazaar)
A space to connect, taste, and share AWKI with a broader community in a vibrant, curated setting.
✨ Cuenca (May 13–15 | Consciousness and the Brain Conference)
A deeper exploration into how cacao intersects with cognition, perception, and human experience.
Each stop is part of a bigger conversation:
What if chocolate could be more than indulgence?
We would love to see you there. 💗
So greatful 🤎🙏🏻
Purity is where cacao speaks most clearly.
With the highest concentration of bioactive compounds,
this is cacao closer to its natural intelligence.
Purity is our most essential expression of cacao
minimal ingredients, maximum synchronicity.
No distractions.
No shortcuts.
Just cacao at its maximum
Purity.

Happiness is not a constant state.
It moves. It shifts. It reveals itself in moments.
Sometimes it arrives as clarity.
Sometimes as presence.
Sometimes through connection with others.
What we often call “happiness” is actually a sequence,
a series of small internal changes that we rarely stop to notice.
Trilogy was created around that idea.
Not as a single flavor, but as an experience that evolves.
A progression. A contrast. A sensory journey that mirrors how we feel.
Because the way we experience chocolate can also shape the way we experience a moment.
And sometimes, all it takes is a small pause…
to shift everything.
Save this for the moments you want to feel more present. 🤎✨
Happiness is not just a feeling.
It’s a sequence.
A moment of curiosity.
A shift in perception.
A sensory awakening.
Our Trilogy Chocolate was created around that idea.
Three compositions.
Three transitions.
One experience that evolves as you taste.
Because what we feel is not only about flavor,
it’s about how the brain interprets contrast, surprise, and change.
From depth…
to brightness…
to unexpected harmony.
This is not chocolate you consume passively.
It’s chocolate you experience.
Chocolate designed to move you.
Chocolate designed to feel.
AWKI Trilogy
The architecture of happiness. 🍫✨

There are moments when a community comes together not just to learn, but to truly be present for one another.
In our cacao community in Puerto Quito, we opened a space to recognize our emotions, to name them, to feel them without judgment, and to learn how to move through them with care and awareness. In a world that often teaches us to suppress what we feel, choosing to pause and listen to our inner world becomes an act of courage.
Each story shared, each quiet moment, and each emotion expressed reminded us that feelings are not something to fix or avoid, they are messages, invitations to understand ourselves more deeply. And when we allow ourselves to be seen in our vulnerability, something powerful happens: we remember that we are not alone.
Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in community in the way we listen, in the way we hold space, and in the way we walk alongside one another, even in difficult moments.
This workshop was more than a gathering. It was a collective reminder that being human means feeling, and that there is strength in allowing those feelings to move through us with compassion.
We dedicate this space to Paty.
We are with you, we hold you, and you are not alone. 💚
AWKI is not about making chocolate. It’s about choosing how it’s made. In a world driven by speed, we chose depth. Over efficiency, presence. Over scale, meaning.🤎

Because true craftsmanship isn’t visible at first glance, it lives in the invisible decisions, in the time you’re willing to give, in the respect you hold for every step. What you taste is only the surface. What you feel… is everything behind it. This is AWKI.

Some of the most important stories in cacao are not written.
They are felt.
In the way cacao is handled with care.
In the intuition behind each decision.
In the knowledge that is passed quietly from one generation to the next.
Across cacao spaces, women bring a depth that goes beyond technique.
They hold memory, sensitivity, and understanding, shaping the way cacao is experienced, shared, and understood.
Their presence adds something that cannot be measured,
but can always be perceived.
A certain attention.
A certain awareness.
A certain way of connecting.
At AWKI, we believe cacao is not only about what we taste,
but about the energy and intention behind it.
And many of those stories…
live through women. 🤎🩷

AWKI was designed to be explored, felt, and consumed consciously.
Our chocolates combine multiple textures and ingredients that release flavor in layers when you chew them.
Crunch, melt, aroma, contrast, all happening at the same time.
This sensory design is inspired by neuroscience and the principle of Multisensory Simultaneous Stimulus, where different signals reach the brain simultaneously, creating a richer perception.
So next time you taste AWKI chocolate
Don’t just let it melt.
Chew it.
Some of the most important work in cacao happens quietly.
In many cacao-growing communities, women are often the ones who harvest the pods. Not by chance, but because of the precision and care required to cut the fruit without damaging the tree. With pruning scissors and delicate hands, each pod is selected individually, protecting the health of the cacao tree and the quality of the harvest.
Beyond harvesting, women are frequently the ones selecting the beans, guiding fermentation, protecting seeds, and maintaining the knowledge that shapes chocolate long before it reaches a bar.
Their decisions influence flavor, preserve biodiversity, and protect cacao varieties that might otherwise disappear.
Supporting women in cacao is not only a matter of recognition, it is essential for the future of fine cacao, regenerative agriculture, and the preservation of ancestral knowledge.
At AWKI, we believe honoring cacao also means honoring the people who care for it. And many of those guardians are women.
This month, and every month, we celebrate their work, their wisdom, and the quiet strength that continues to shape the future of cacao. 🌱🍫
