We have the privilege of being located in a country with a tropical climate such as the Dominican Republic, which has exuberant vegetation and with only one season throughout the year. We are geographically in an idyllic part of the world where we as architects must use this factor in our favor, resorting to spatial distribution resources such as semi-open spaces, which help to integrate vegetation into the social areas of a project. A large terraces with double height ceilings create contemplative and relaxing spaces. When we combine these architectural resources (double heights, semi-open spaces, interior patios, and the use of skylights in roofs) the project goes from being something ordinary to something sublime. If we know how to locate them strategically, this type of spaces facilitates the entry of wind into the interior and reduces the general temperature of the project

EL ALUZINC

Económicamente Factible: en República Dominicana realizar un techo en aluzinc en promedio dependiendo de su calibre y terminación tiene un costo aproximado de RD$2,000/m2 (incluyendo membrana de vinilo con carga masiva), mientras que un techo en concreto armado ronda $5,200/m2 (incl. membrana asfáltica). El costo para ambos materiales puede incrementar o reducir en base a la localización y a los diferentes elementos de diseño que definen el proyecto.

Gran resistencia a la corrosión: los techos de acero con un valor agregado como el Aluzinc aportan protección contra la corrosión y garantizan una vida casi ilimitada para estas estructuras. Además, previene el desgaste abrasivo

Amigable con el medio ambiente: los techos de acero no solo contienen de un 25 a un 95% de

material reciclado, según el material que se utilice, sino que también son 100% reciclables al final de su vida útil

Rápida instalación: se puede realizar en un tiempo entre de 2 a 3 días si no cuenta con la experiencia, de contar con ella se podria instalar hasta en un dia, dependiendo la cantidad.
