The gastronomic wonders of Greece is to be applauded. During my stay here, I experienced both ends of the spectrum, from fine dining out, to simple home-cooking, to street food. There is something for everyone, in abundance! Here are some of the highlights.

Cooking with Daria is in Lucca, Italy for a 7 day Italian Culinary Experience. Today we made the most popular Italian sauces:-
Ragu Allah bolognese ( classic Italian meat sauce)
Brodo de Pollo (chicken stock)
Salsa de Promodoro (tomato sauce)
And a Surprise Sauce, which was my favourite!
We also did various Bruchetta appetisers.
First Course with various pasta and sauce combinations.
Main Course of Hunter Style Chicken with dried mushrooms rehydrated in white wine.
For dessert we made Tiramisù al cafè.
Since I was the only student I was privileged to have all the attention!! 😃
