Presenting our BioFreshCloud project in Córdoba on the MEDIFIT conference! The overall objective of MEDIFIT (PRIMA-EU scheme) is to enable traceability and authenticity control of traditional Mediterranean foods using latest analytical and software technologies. Topics were also digital solutions and non-destructive methods aimed to improve food safety and quality.
Besides, we’ve got some spare time to enjoy beautiful Córdoba 😉

Im November 2021 ist unser neues Forschungsprojekt „Zukunftslabor2030“ in die Zukunft gestartet. Mithilfe KI und dem Einsatz neuer Technologien soll ein noch besseres und nachhaltigeres Lebensmittelmonitoring entwickelt werden - für einen bedenkenlosen Genuss frischer Lebensmittel und einen nachhaltigen Verbraucherschutz.
Das Projekt wird vom Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (BMEL) gefördert.
